Apple has announced on Monday that the next Generation Apple TV is coming next week, but it looks like company is trying to make its set-top box more useful by adding some more channels. The company has announced it is adding CBS and NBC channels along with a new fashion channel Made2Measure.

Apple has added both NBC and CBS channels to its set-top box, it comes with some restrictions. If you want to access CBS channels, you’ll have to pay $5.99 for CBS All Access Program. You’ll have to login with cable provider credentials, if you want to access NBC contents.

Apple TV owner can also watch some of the NBC content without any subscriptions. But for accessing all the NBC content, you’ll have to login with cable channel subscriptions. Made2Measure is an exclusive fashion oriented Apple TV channel. This channel shows short videos, interviews and some small documentaries from the fashion world.
All these channels are currently available on existing Apple TV and these will also be available for upcoming fourth generation Apple TV set-top box.
