Apple has finally launched its most awaited smartphone iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus at Flit Center, US. With the new variants Apple was giving tough competition to other popular flagship smartphones. With the new iPhone version launch, tough fight has began among premium smartphones. iPhone 6 will give tough competition to the OnePlus, new smartphone manufacturer. Apple Smartphones are known for their design, this time also Apple lived upto the expectations with iPhone 6. iPhone 6 has the sleek design and designed with beautiful anodized aluminium, stainless steel and glass. The cover glass also curves down around the sides to meet the anodized aluminium enclosure with simple design. No distinct gaps are found, just smooth and seamless bond of glass and metal give the feel of continuous surface. It weighs only 129 grams and 6.9 mm thick. iPhone 6 is available in Sliver, Space Gray and Gold colors.

Coming to the One Plus One, it features the subtle curves, clean lines and the slim profile. The prominent display it features is perhaps more arresting when it is off and Vivid and sharp when on and the solid pane of jet black glass. Its bezel free looks give a premium look to smartphone. The phone is available in two colors such as  Silk White, Sandstone Black. It weighs 162 grams heavier than iPhone 6 and 8.9 mm thickness.

OnePlus One

Apple iPhone 6 has a 4.7 inch , Retina HD diaplyLTPS LCD capacitive touchscreen with a 1334×750 pixels resolution and carried 326 ppi pixel density. It features multi-touch display with brilliant colors and higher contrast even at the even wider viewing angles.

OnePlus One features a 5.5 inch with 1080×1920 pixels resolution and uses LTPS technology for a higher pixel density and sharper picture. The IPS screen instantaneously responds to even the slightest touch with TOL (Touch On Lens) technology, which removes the distance between the touch sensor and the display panel. It uses the Gorilla Glass 3 which protects the screen from scratches.

Processor and Memory

Apple iPhone 6 is powered by its native A8 chipset with 64 bit architecture. Its incredible power which is more enhanced by an M8 motion co-processor that is nicely measured your activity from advanced sensors,  the  phone also includes a new barometer sensor in the phone. The A8 processor has up to 25% faster processing power and up to 50% faster graphics. Graphics are an incredible 84 times faster than the original iPhone. The iPhone 6 is available in 3 variants (depends on storage) such as 16 GB, 64 GB and 128 GB with no external external storage support.

Whereas OnePlus One powered by Quad-core 2.5 GHz Krait 400 CPU  with Qualcomm MSM8974AC Snapdragon 801 processor along with 3 GB of RAM.  Qualcomm snapdragon 800 processor is popular for its fast date processing with internet surfing and for the graphics this Smartphone has a Aderno 330 GPU. The phone comes with two internal storage variant 16 GB and 64 GB and there is a no option for expandable storage option.

Performance for both the devices will be awesome due to the processors they are using and Apple has not disclosed about the RAM size, but OnePlus One is using 3 GB RAM where it takes advantage over iPhone 6.



Camera

iPhone 6 comes with a better camera as compared to previous generations of iPhone’s. The iPhone 6sports 8 Mega-pixel rear view camera with dual LED flash which has the ability to record full HD videos at 1920 x 1080p resolution. and offers 1.5µm pixel size, Geo-tagging, simultaneous HD video and image recording, touch focus, face and smile detection, image stabilization, panorama and HDR features. It also supports recording in slow motion, you can record up to 240 fps at 720p HD resolution. It’s 1.2 MP front camera can record videos at 720p and let you take images in burst and HDR mode also.

OnePlus One has also features the amazing camera specifications. It sports 13 mega-pixel rear view camera along with dual LED flash, the rear camera of this phone carried many features such as Geo-tagging, face-detection, panorama, 2160p@30fps, 2160p(DCI)@24fps, 1080p@60fps, 720p@120fps, HDR, stereo sound rec. You can also record high definition video at 1080p at 30 fps from both camera, rear as well as the front camera of the Smartphone. It also features 5 MP front camera.

Price

The Apple iPhone 6 Unlocked variant is available $ 600 USD (excluding taxes) and with the contract it is available for $199 USD, whereas OnePlus One is already available in the market at a price of $429 USD (16 GB variant).

It looks like tough battle between OnePlus One and iPhone 6. All the specifications are dominated by OnePlus One, but iPhone takes edge over OnePlus One with the brand name. In price also OnePlus One is very cheaper compared to iPhone 6.
