The Apple iPhone 6 slated to be launched on September 9 has been leaked numerously revealing its possible specifications. Now, there is a better idea of how the handset wil stack up against the current 4 inch iPhone 5s model.
According to a series of live shots that have come out of China, the iPhone 6 will feature rounded sides and a thinner design and these are some of the prominent changes in the design language. Also, a significant one is the large screen that makes it move into the modern era of big screen devices.
To mention a rather odd design preference by Apple, there is a protruding camera lens that is too different from the previous design housing the camera with the chassis. We hope Apple will change this in the final design as such a protruding camera lens has a greater possibility of getting scratched.
While the iPhone 6 is speculated to arrive in two variants – one with 4.7 inch display and the other with a larger 5.5 inch display in order to compete with the growing size of the Android smartphones. There is some production issue that will delay in the release of the larger model till December.
