The website connects college students, alumni and employers through talent networks of colleges and professional organizations across the country. The company founded by Ana Bertran and Brian Heifferon mainly into employment, education and machine learning in 1999. The company headquarters is situated in San Francisco, CA and headed by Roberto Angulo as Chief Executive Officer.
While Collegefeed is an early career marketplace provides college students and graduates effective and efficient access to the network that they need to kick start their careers. The company plans to make college or higher education economically viable in terms of quality, speed, cost and efficiency of the connection between college students, employers, and alumnus and industry insiders.
Collegefeed provides students financial help to build profiles and connects them to employers. At the same they suggest career choices based on their interests and also assist in getting peer assistance on interviews.

Sanjeev Agrawal is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of the company. Sanjeev has dual degree (BS and MS) in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Massachusetts Institute of Engineering in 1992. He has rich professional experiences having worked with several major industry leaders like McKinsey and Co, CISCO Systems, Google and Aloqa.
Aman Khanna is co founder and Chief Technology Officer of Collegefeed. He has graduated in Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Statistics in 1997. Aman did his Master of Science in Information Technology, Software Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University in 2003. He is Sloan Fellow in Business from Stanford University in 2012. Like Sanjeev he too had a successful career having worked in major software companies at various levels.
Collegefeed had raised $1.8 million from a bunch of venture capitalists like Accel Partners, Silicon Valley Angels, Naren Agrawal and few others. The company provided assistance to the US students in their initial days and later extended services to all over globe.
With the acquisition, Sanjeev Agrawal will join AfterCollege’s board. Other staff will join AfterCollege to integrate process and lead future product development. AfterCollege has been funded twice for an undisclosed amount till now.
