Adara, a travel data startup secures $23m in Series C funding

Adara, a travel data startup has secured $23 million in Series C round of equity funding led by World Innovation Lab along with August Capital, Morgenthaler Ventures, ONSET Ventures and QuestMark Partners.

Founded in 2009, Adara leverages global travel data to drive future business performance. As a maker of the business intelligence platform for travel industry, it transforms loyalty, search and booking data into actionable knowledge that allows companies to understand better, reach and engage customers. The platform is powered by first party data from more than 90 global travel brands that includes United, Delta, Hyatt, Marriott and Hertz. Headquarted in Mountain View, California, the startup operates in 15 places in USA, Europe, Middle East and Asia.

With the new funds along with the WiL’s operational expertise, will help Adara boost expansion and product development worldwide.
