The electronic devices maker Acer has launched two new laptops which supports 4K display. The Aspire V Nitro Black Edition – and the successor to the convertible Aspire Switch 11 laptop – the Aspire Switch 12 are the latest laptop in the Acer laptop series.
The Acer’s Aspire V Nitro Black Edition comes with a 15.6-inch 4K display resolution which will be available from the Amazon, Microsoft, NewEgg and it will also available from other online retailers starting from this month in the US at a price tag of $1,499.99 .The laptop is also available in different configurations such as 15.6-inch and 17.3-inch full-HD displays will also be available starting $1,099.99 .
The Aspire V Nitro Black Edition laptop has a 15.6-inch 4K UHD (3840 x 2160 pixels) LED-backlit IPS display which is empowered by a 4th generation Intel Core i7-4710HQ processor (that has 4 cores, 8 threads, 6MB cache, 2.5GHz base clock up to 3.5 GHz with burst), this laptop also has a Nvidia GeForce GTX860M GPU and it comes with a 16 GB of RAM. This Acer provided 256 GB SSD with a 1 TB hard drive for storage purpose. The laptop is also includes the 4 built-in speakers which are powered by Dolby Digital Plus Home Theater technology, with Acer’s BYOC (Build Your Own Cloud) functionality.
The acer is also announced the new 5-in-1 convertible notebook Aspire Switch 12. This Acer laptop comes with an Intel Core M processor, and it is also offered a Switch 12 hybrid features a bundled detachable keyboard with a integrated stand. It has a 12.5-inch full-HD display with packed with a Corning Gorilla Glass. The Acer Aspire Switch 12 can be used in five different modes such as traditional desktop, notebook, display, tent, and pad (tablet). And it is also available in two vairiants according to the storage capacity – 60 GB and 120 GB. The hybrid laptop also sports the dual-front-facing speakers, HDMI port and USB 3.0 port. Acer Active Pen, an optional stylus for the tablet, is also available.
