Kuala Lumpur based digital marketing platform, Involve Asia Technologies has raised an unspecified sum in Series A round of funding led by 500 Startups and Cradle Seed Ventures. Involve Asia Tech is an eCommerce digital marketing platform that brings online merchants and brands to end users through digital publishers.
With the help of the raised fund, Involve Asia will expand its market reach rapidly as well as accelerating and widening its product development. The CEO and Co-founder of Involve Asia, Jimmy How said, “The funds raised from CSV and 500 Startups will be spent primarily on expanding our operations across Southeast Asia as well as for our technology development and developing partnerships in the region, particularly in Indonesia,”
Involve Asia is marketing platform that mainly focuses on eCommerce that helps both merchants and publishers. It allows merchants to improve their digital marketing attempt and get more sales by giving performance based offers to publishers. Publishers earn money from their websites by promoting relevant and unique content from any merchants to visitors.
As of now, Involve Asia claims that it has more than 80 online merchants and more than 1,000 publishers in its network. Currently, the startup operates in Singapore, Indonesia and Malaysia. According to the CEO of Cradle Seed Ventures, the company has invested in Involve Asia by seeing its ability to securing some of the largest publishers and online merchants in Southeast Asia.
