Gyaanzone, a career planning and education advisory startup has announced it raising $45,000 in seed funding led by Mumbai-based digital marketing company GBIM Technologies.
Founded in 2014, the Indian startup Gyaanzone is an online eduction gateway that facilitates students with flexible learning opportunities through access to hundreds of Indian schools, colleges, universities, exams, courses and other distance learning programs. Operated by GZG Eduservices, the platform serves to answer any career related queries online. Currently, its services are available to students of schools and colleges in and around Mumbai and Pune.
The startup’s founder Sultan Ansari said, “From selecting the most appropriate college to job procurement, making faculty decisions or helping people pick and choose from best potential options, Gyaanzone.com offers a range of services.”
With the fresh funds raised, Gyaanzone plans to use it for marketing, introduce new services and strengthen the team with new hires. The investor GBIM offers its vital resources including comprehensive digital marketing solutions and whole of e-commerce opportunities. Nirlep Patel and Dharmesh Patel founders of GBIM beleive that through their investment in Gyaanzone they will be in a position to offer more than 60% of India’s population with a positive leading edge in educational empowerment.
